My name is Yara Agostini. I am a certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Born in Sao Paulo, Brazil, I have been a part of the Palm Coast community for 17 years. I am dedicated to improving health literacy by encouraging health and wellness to individuals of all ages and backgrounds. Your health and well-being are my top priorities.
